Outside the typical fitness studio norms, all of our sessions are held in 180's modern, fully equipped training pod and astro turf, which allows for a greater variety of classes and different but unique coaching style.

 

All of our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, we can tailor to your specific needs

 

Classes are £5 per session and are available to members and non members

HIIT
 

High Intensity Interval Training 180 style, short burst of high intensity exercise with short recovery periods performed for multiple intervals. A really challenging 45 minute workout.

LEGS & CORE

A combination workout of high intensity lower body exercises combined with core finishers.

Explosive military themed session with strong motivation, incorporating team physical challenges while utilising items of kit against the norm, Jerry cans, Bergen's, Battle ropes & tires
